These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Drip & Shine website and services. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services
Drip & Shine provides mobile and/or in-shop vehicle detailing services. Service availability, pricing, and packages may change without notice.

 

2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions or vehicle conditions not disclosed at booking.

 

3. Payments
A $15 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of online booking and will be applied toward the total service cost. The remaining balance is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in CAD and may be subject to taxes. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or add-on services.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove personal belongings, provide accurate vehicle condition details, and ensure access to the vehicle and required utilities for mobile services. Drip & Shine is not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.

 

5. Satisfaction & Service Limitations
Detailing improves cleanliness and appearance but does not restore vehicles to like-new condition. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

6. Liability
Drip & Shine is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, prior repairs, aftermarket parts, or fragile surfaces. Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

 

7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt website functionality.

 

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Drip & Shine and may not be used without written permission.

 

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
